By creating an account and using leveldup, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are creating an account on behalf of a minor (under 18), you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and you accept these terms on their behalf. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use leveldup.
leveldup accounts may only be created by adults who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
leveldup is not intended to be used directly by children under 13. Children's training data is collected and managed through a parent or guardian's account, with that adult's explicit consent, pursuant to our Children's Privacy Policy.
If you become aware that a child under 13 has created an account without parental consent, please contact privacy@leveldup.app immediately.
By adding a child athlete profile to your account, you: (1) Confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of that child; (2) Consent to the collection of your child's training data as described in our Privacy Policy; (3) Accept responsibility for reviewing all generated training plans before your child uses them; (4) Acknowledge that leveldup's plans are for general fitness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice.
You may withdraw consent and delete your child's data at any time via Account Settings.
leveldup provides a mobile-first platform for youth athlete conditioning program management. Features include AI-generated conditioning plans, digitization of coach-provided paper programs, session tracking, progress visualization, and tools for gyms and coaches to manage athlete programs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Parent accounts must be created and managed by an adult (18+). You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
leveldup offers paid subscription plans for parents and guardians, and for gyms and coaches. Current pricing is always available at leveldup.app.
If your child's gym or coach has invited you to leveldup as part of their program, you do not need a paid subscription — your access is included through the gym's account.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Free trial periods are available once per account.
You agree not to use leveldup for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate any person or entity, to upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any third party's rights, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, or to use the service in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
leveldup and its content, features, and functionality are owned by leveldup and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload, such as photos of coaching programs. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. AI-generated conditioning programs created through our service are provided for your personal use.
leveldup provides conditioning programs for informational and organizational purposes only. The AI-generated programs and content within the app are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially for children. leveldup is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from following programs or exercises within the app. If your child experiences pain or discomfort during any exercise, stop immediately and consult a medical professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, leveldup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of leveldup after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
